- Removed water icon as drowning is overriden by worldspawn killicon and waterydeath is fish icon (leech)

+ Added wrecking ball kill icon for func_pendulum
+ Linked already existing kill icons to HL1 NPCs and weapons
+ trigger_hurt's icon finally works with some server lua magic (can be disabled with morekillicons_trigger_hurt_override 0)
+ Added the suicide kill icon (displayed as escape door)
