decreased movement penalty for mudraptor armor cleaned up a few tiny bits of code, acid grenades should work better in railguns but they aren't as good as if thrown.

acid grenade had a bug where it was going off in the players hand on use. But was also not going off when used in a railgun/detonater correctly.

Keep in mind when in a railgun it will destroy the grenade via explosion leading to a reduced but still present acid/slow effect

small balance pass, issues with density changes on several items resolved. harpoon coil gun damage was too high.
