Small update!

Crowbar holster animation removed
T65K1's shell eject orientation fixed
Removed all *.sw.vtx files, they're completely useless and don't serve a purpose. This saves ~16 MB.

This is a small update focused on making explosives deal damage to striders and the like.

Now all weapons with explosive rounds runs it's own entity with custom effects instead tfa_exp_contact and can deal damage to Striders, Hunter Choppers, Gunships and Combine Turrets
Changed name of AK47 and M4A1 Flash on Monster*
Changed name of Plus weapons on Gold*
Changed name of AK-47 Old and M4A1 Tan on Special*
