- Corrected issue with projectile age not being passed when a client informs the server of a fixed weapon hit, preventing AOE from processing

- Clarified effective ROF (which includes reload times) vs cyclic ROF in terminal. Updated both to include heat related slowdowns
- Fixed ScanRange option so it's properly respected in weapon targeting or projectile checks (thanks DarkXerox)
- WC based warheads (see wiki) are now impact sensitive

- Fixed constraint labels for inventories
- Removed "*" affix on ammo selection if it matches the current type. Was potentially unclear if a reload was needed

- Fixed target selection circle directionality when selected target is off screen
- Fixed terminal sliders in MP showing an incorrect value (appeared to lag one input behind user)
