Version 5.4.61 - Updated Speedrunner Tools Full Pack archive (SM plugins have been updated); changed "sm_commands.nut" and "speedrunner_tools.nut" include-files - replaced AutoKick() func to "tools_scmp.sp", changed SetTeam(), changed ScriptedTP() timer method (added notifications while used); updated "skipintro.nut" script.

Version 5.4.59 - Changed "utilities.nut" include - func ClearEvent() more stable now, relocated GetOwner()'s event callback to g_Utils; changed "speedrunner_tools.nut" include - added some constants, that could required w/o "utilities.nut" file.
