@Pio From my experience that's usually a bug that relates to the modlist.json, sometimes disabling it through the game menu doesn't actually disable the mod after restarting the game.

Small bug I'm experienceing since the 1.5 version.

King Crab animations are great until you come to a dead stop. Upon coming to a halt, instead of the appropriate animation, the legs do a sudden half-second running in place animation.

This was the only mech I noticed this with.

Ok confirmed the mod gets permanently hooked onto YAML until YAML is uninstalled. Old animations are working after reinstalling YAML. Weird

I'm not sure what's going on but ever since I installed the mod, uninstalling it has no effect. I think I've tried every possible way to scrub the mod off the game to get animations back. (loading, unloading, subscribe, unload, unsubscribe etc.) Unless I'm missing something
The animations are pretty unstable with YAML, I'm not sure if yaml is why it's not reverting

It will be a separate mod, but they won't share any assets with each other so they'll work together just fine.

@Kozuel - Actually since you asked I've been messing around with with the IK settings, and I'll be releasing a separate mod for that, so people who only want the IK system can use it too.

I apologize if this is a stupid thing to ask, but is there any way to work Inverse Kinematics into your mod?
It's the last piece of the puzzle for making mechs not look goofy when moving around.
Either way, great work, this is an awesome addition to the game, and PGI should feel great shame at how they treat the representation of this great IP.

the only thing ive noticed in my experience since installing this is yaml superchargers making the nightstar's 1st person cockpit view jitter like crazy when engaged. otherwise love the animation revisions. makes them feel less cartoonish and more grounded imo

@Stupid Sexy Rat It will technically work with YAML. I haven't had issues with it, but others have had issues with the locomotion synchronization making the cockpit move around quite a bit.

@Ketchup_Stain I don't know if it will break something, but if they share the same asset the lower load order will be overridden.

You can go to \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\784080\3594225837\mod.json and change the load order to a lower number if it causes any issues.

i noticed a couple of conflicts with various animation uasset files with the Unofficial patch by Mace224de. Is this going to break something in the patch since it loads higher than that one?

like what you did for the KIng Crab, any way you could readjust the leg angle so its standing more upright like the Corsair. always thought a 100 ton mech squatting so close to the ground looks weird!
