Added a new LOD1, and turned the old LOD1 and LOD2 into LOD2 and LOD3 respectively. LOD1 is now 75% of the tricount of LOD0 rather than the usual 50%. This is because I felt the jump in quality between the first two LODs was far too noticable ingame. Tweaked the LOD distances to match.
