- fixed locked variations of harpoon guns and syringe guns spawning in abandoned outpost tags (they also used on pirate subs by devs)
- adjusted outpost security loadouts to be less deadly when it comes to using shotguns
- minor adjustments to talents to fix descriptions and such
- huge perfomance fix for Fire Cannon
- updated shooting range and targets (again)
