If the player remains off the ground for a set amount of time, trigger a landing grunt callout

-Added barnacle grab

Getting grabbed by a barnacle triggers an initial callout, then continues to play callouts

-Added Grenade Throw callout

Holding a weapon that uses 'grenade' as its primary ammo, then pressing and releasing the primary or secondary attack triggers a callout.

-Improved Out Of Breath callout;

Callout will only trigger if the player remains over the speed threshold (Player's Walk Speed + Minimum Speed setting) for a certain period of time (Minimum Duration)

After this, a recovery period will begin (Recovery Duration), during which the callout will continue to play, until the player has remained below the speed threshold for the duration.

If the minimum speed is set to a value that is above the players possible running speed, the limit will instead be fixed to (Player Run Speed - 100)

-Rather than triggering the generic pickup sound, trigger a unique one based on the ammo type the weapon uses (Unless that table is not found, in which case revert to default.)

-Various changes;

VManip no longer causes the player to spam grenade callouts, instead it will follow the self-grenade rules

NPC's killed by players no longer trigger errors, and properly apply the "killed by friendly"-logic

Players killing other players now triggers the "friendly killed"-callout;

If the dead player is on the same team (irrelevant in sandbox) as the player emitting the callout, the appropriate callout will trigger.

Killed by a Hostile NPC/Player on a different team = Friendly Killed
Killed by a Friendly NPC/Player on the same team = Friendly Fire
