+ Basic sandbox save / load system, so it doesn't lose weapons, model, health etc... Duplicator will save most value.
+ Improved NPC_MeleeAttack hit detection system.

+ NPCs that are in CLASS_PLAYER_ALLY_VITAL or self.bHealthRegenerationEnabled will regen health at the same rate as HL2 NPCs do.
+ Fixed weapon shot regulator being unable to retrieve intervals for SWEPs.
