Fixes:
- Talents should now be recorded in a more robust fashion that works better with mods that change talents around (balance mods)

Fixed talents not being recorded at all if we run into a problem looking up any talent. Any talent that we can't figure out the row and column of now will just be skipped.

New stuff:
- Now track talents that are gained mid-game (Chaos Wastes support)
- Now track weapon changes mid-game (Chaos Wastes support)

Fixes:
- Accuracy of win/loss/leave improved for clients
- If the host has this mod, it will tell clients with this mod what difficulty modifiers (Deathwish, Onslaught, etc.) are enabled, so that clients can track that properly. If the host does not have this mod, the client will still not know if any of those are active, but there isn't much I can do about that.

Fixes:
- Headshot count now accounts for breed-specific cases (for example, you get the headshot damage bonus when hitting the neck of a chaos warrior or a standard bearer)
- The result of each round (win/loss/leave) *should* be tracked correctly at least for the host, even with mods that restart the level immediately. Unsure about how accurate it is for clients.

Revamped event schema to have logs be 6-bytes instead of 5-bytes. This is so I can fit crit data in with damage dealt. Additionally it now tracks whether damage you take is friendly fire or not.
