Don't need sub faction mod if you don't plan to play as specific faction
Now all role playing purpose Gene-Seeds are migrated into Core Mod, so if you prefer other Warhammer 40k mod's assets, you don't necessarily use sub faction mods. But for full functionality it would be better for you to use this core library.

Summary
Core Libraries for Adeptus Astartes Faction mods from MIM Warhammer 40k mod sets.

The mod itself only gives you common armors and abilities, as well as chapter neutral gene-seeds. There is no NPC factions or chapter oriented armors and wargears in this mod - if you want to use them, you need to put corresponding chapter sub mods into your mod list.

New Mechanism: Modular Power Helmet
Power armor also to be modulated in the future, but requires entire redesign of armors.


New Mechanism: Modular Power Armor
Power armors (including terminator) consists with 5 parts.

1. Power Armor Inner Frame: A base platform to where any power armor. Works as skins.
2. Power Armor (Chest): Provides armor to pawn. Covers all body parts.
3. Power Armor Shoulder Pads: Purely Decorative.
4. Power Pack: Provides additional stats and/or functions.
5. Outers: Purely decorative, like mantle, tunic, chest rigs, etc.

I've got no clue what caused it.

I disabled all my mods, then reenabled them one at a time, and now it works. :|

Okay, it's definitely a compatibility issue.

My error log is roughly 400000 messages long. I don't believe that pasting that here is even possible, much less a good idea.

I'll try disabling everything except MIM first. I don't know why I haven't tried that yet.

I know I've probably missed something dumb, but none of the backpacks, augments, or halos work for me. They all throw lua strings about missing textures and bug out when they load in.
