I have made a navmesh and fixed it up. I shall upload it onto the workshop soon enough. Want to make sure the nav is fully polished up.

Hi Ciarex, I will look into this. I had similar crashing issues when attempting to generate.

@Roblrob I don't want to buy house there. I can't live with knowing 7/24 gman stalking me.

Nice map! But for some reason it spawned me in water and out of bound part of water that I can't enter map without noclip. Other than that atmosphere and everything is just perfect and ofcourse jimmy gibbs jr's car. and other eastereggs ofcourse all are fun to explore.
