I have made a navmesh and fixed it up. I shall upload it onto the workshop soon enough. Want to make sure the nav is fully polished up.

Nice map! But for some reason it spawned me in water and out of bound part of water that I can't enter map without noclip. Other than that atmosphere and everything is just perfect and ofcourse jimmy gibbs jr's car. and other eastereggs ofcourse all are fun to explore.
