I would love that, it would make L4D2-like player bots possible too, but I don't think they would be good at solving simple stuff like killing everyone in a room then pressing a button

how to disable climbing and force them to use ladders also why there are no cvars to setup what weapons they can use and not use install stupid melee .

This is more entertaining to use than the HL2 npcs. Wish the weapon variety was more controllable, though. Would've loved to see one of these guys handle a rocket launcher.

Also, medic models? Citizens? Come on, the COMBINE have more variety than the rebels.

Can we get a bigger weapon variety on these guys? Maybe one nextbot variant on each team for each HL2 weapon, plus a random one? It would make these more interesting.

Might be a stretch but I'm curious and have a genuine question. So they can climb... is there any way at all to make it possible to make them wall run and double jump???? 0_0

so i was messing around with these on a fully navmeshed map and i spawned two combine. I died twice and then spawned inside a building that had ladders leading onto the roof. i decide to head to the roof. before i died the combine were on the ground. i reach the roof and there are both the combine. long story short: they smort boi's and me spooped

there need to be two nav areas, one above the wall (goal) and one in front of wall (starting point) and both must be connected

ive tried to get them to climb a wall but they just stand there. the map does have a navmesh and ignore players and disable thinking are disabled

they should start spawning, if not, do a "cleanup all" and see if the timer restarts

ai seems to be a bit wonky, they jump randomly, they can shoot sideways, and sometimes shoot at nothing

it would be cool fi you could maek them use modded weps and playermodels which you can assign the team as and a way to maeke them spawn with randomn weapons so its more fun XD
