-Fixed a minor issue causing you to lose ace commands when the k9 entered its injured state

- Fixed some minor issues, including "Become Handler" not hiding for other clients.
- Added keybinds to use common commands instead of going through the ace actions. (CBA)
- Added "pet" functionality so you can now pet the dog.
- Added code to block LAMBS and VCOM Ai from influencing the k9 unit. (Hopeful fix)
