Lowered the time for the Battering ram to destroy the outer gates, it is still longer than vanilla but faster than before.

Adjusted siege towers speed to prevent them to be destroyed all the time and implemented code to make defender AI push down ladders when using RBM AI.

Restored Battering ram speed to vanilla speed as an attempt to prevent attacker AI retreating too soon even before reaching the gates.

Reverted the battering ram to its original HP value 20000 instead of 30000, so defenders have more chance to destroy it before it reaches the gates. It was way too strong before.
