Reverted to old menu design, but fixed issue that was causing crashing for some users

-rebuilt menu as it was causing crashing after 1.5 update. I will find what caused the issue in the old menu, then revert to the old design.

*NEW Supermax Prison Cells - Based on the notorious Supermax prison in Florence, Colorado USA
The worst prisoners ever stay here 23 hours a day. Located in the basement on same level as segregation/solitary confinement.
This area is still a work in progress, more details will be added
