Little bit of flavor
Added:

- Prototype 10mm SMG w/ Underbarrel system

- Renegade LMG

- 8-Gauge ammo type: Incendiary

- Admin Book for general skill gain.

Changed:

- Ammo changed to reflect new vanilla system, though since most of them are specialized, it's only a change in powder.

Fixed:

- Style 2 Uniforms now reflect their counterparts' stats, as I didn't fix them before I started working on the update.

Updating with EHA, but an hour late.

Changed:

- Style 2 Sprites upgraded with new base uniform textures.

- Weapons spawning at more refined levels, specifically the 10mm family, and RCGL, which are no longer able to spawn on Campaign Start, though still appear early game.
