Removed Descriptionidentifer from all items. added a proper english.xml and textoverride.xml bringing an end to a long international nightmare.

Several text corrections and fixes.

Pistol is now Light Pistol

Pistol, Machete and laser rifle are now VWOpistol, VWOMachete and VWOLaserrifle to prevent any mod conflicts.

Automatic pistol renamed to Autopistol, set to a somewhat quick 3 round burst to offset accuracy to fire rate ratio vs time to kill. }

Cleaned up text on a few items.

Added more NPC types as usual. More leaders few new characters using new hardened machete.

Cleaned up cases on weapons. grenade casings don't instantly pop out of guns that fire them. Casings edited to look a bit better for larger caliber weapons.

Added Depleted fuel Naval Machete

Added casings to all guns

Reworked Assault rifle accuracy and damage, as a talent weapon it has high accuracy and good fire rate is weapon skill is met. Compensates for its increased carrying requirements against the smaller rifles
