made map size calculation gamemode specific for future support for other gamemodes apart from ttt

fixed gamemode images not being loaded correctly, made downloading steam ratings more efficient and apply map pack's rating to all included maps

several changes regarding http requests and further workshop ID synchronization

added workshop ID synchronization with server for enabling workshop image download for maps that are part of a map pack and therefore don't have their own workshop page, removed debugging code, small fixes

small bugfix for http where gamemode title instead of gamemode name was transferred
