- Added support for new IsCargoShip tag in SpawnGroup definition.
- Fixed issue with Faction NPCs not assigning faction ownership.
- Isolated potential crash in DistanceChecker method (did not find source, additional logging added along with try/catch to prevent CTD).
- Added logging for new Exploration Encounters using Voxels. Have not resolved how position offset is applied, so these encounters will likely spawn mis-aligned from their voxels.

- Integrated 'NPC Weapon Upgrades' mod functionality into the Spawner (activated by settings or by having other mod present).
- Added 'EnableGlobalNPCWeaponRandomizer' option to General Settings.
- Added 'RandomizeWeapons' tag to Spawn Groups.
- Added 'ReplenishSystems' tag to Spawn Groups.
- Added Threat Score tags to Spawner / Spawn Groups.
- Removed Log spam for Spawn Attempts that are unsuccessful.
