Bio-Trophy overhaul, Machine Spirit Empires can now choose which species are bio-trophies or full citizens.
- Bio-Trophies can now work specialist jobs + Techno Priest
- Jobs should work as intended now

Two Prescripted Empires have been updated
- One is Machine Spirit + Shroud Forged
- One is Machine Cult + Cybernetic Creed

- Now produces Corrupt Healthcare Workers
- Produces crime alongside beneficial bonuses
- If Criminal Underground forms HIGH chance for Substance Abuse event chain
- Operational Headquaters now provides 100 Corrupt Medical Workers per 50% of Planet Crime


Idea was to give criminal branches an immersive & fun synergy when using Pharma State

Machine Spirit Update!
- Can now modify organics into Cyborgs (special civic-trait)
- Cyborg Cultists can work specialist jobs (usually priests)

Machine Cult (Organic variant)
- Starting robot population now has latent psionics
