@coggernaut, id like to aplogize, mostima is correct, BPVR compatabiliy patch for some reason when tunred on wioth ethics and civics, cuases that to happen, only thing is, that compatbility patch is for your mod, and without the compatbility the building slots dont show, hopefully this is a fixable occurnce on BPVRS end:steamthumbsup:

After an enjoyable hour of turning mods on and off. I believe the conflict is BPVR - Compatability patch. If anyone else having the issue can confirm turning that off fixes the problem that would confirm it.

This is likely a mod conflict, except the volcanic worlds aspect. If you could help me understand which aspect is in conflict, I can better help

sorry to annouce this but ethics and civics, for some reason is stopping valcanic worlds showing and is stopping NSC3 ships from showing, and when galaxy is created only the planet shows, nothing else is shown in the system, no ships, no starbases, no nothing, just letting you know:steamthumbsup:

@Coggernaut, if you are interested in fixing some of the base game issues, could you edit the megacorp evolutionary predator authority to give the commercial pact situation progress for trade league federation members? (Right now being in a trade league hurts you as you don't get the +10 progress for the commercial pacts)

yeah it has been reported alot and given i never played the origin i didn't know until i was trying to feed the nests so they would become friendly and everytime the situation ended they would attack despite me feeding them since the start

Additionally, I can help teach you how to fix this if you wanted to help fix it faster. Although I do want to take a look at voidworm content, because I experience it as an Early Space Age society. It's very cool to see hostile alien life be your first introduction to UFOs

Out of curiosity would you be able to fix the Primal Calling mid game situation so that enraging the voidworms gives the relic buff and pacifying the nests makes then not attack you?

Bug: Started game with Infernals on volcanic world, and Planet Admin building was missing, causing it to remove that district type entirely.

A wonderful modification without which none of my playthroughs will start. It's a pity that in the new DLC, its inclusion destroys the tab for building residential areas on the planet in a few days. At first, none of my friends understood if this was normal. xD

Just wanted to also add, that after a bunch of testing, yes ECC is breaking the planetary administration on a volcanic world.
It appears to be there when the world loads in but after a couple of in game days it just vanishes.

So far it doesnt appear that there is directly any new technologies added for volcanic empires but i do see some new district and buildings apart of the usual technology.

Playing Stellaris without this mod has been unthinkable for me before I even reached a dozen hours of playtime. I really appreciate it still being worked on.
I remember a big overhaul mod for EU4, I think Beyond Typhus it was called. I think it's not worked on anymore and there is no real reason to play EU4 for me anymore because of it.
Ethics and Civics just IS Stellaris to me.

Totally agree, it was this mod I played back before I ever did modding. Volunteered to keep it updated because I couldn't imagine playing stellaris without it, Petruxa's idea for Ethics & Civics is really fun!

With this mod as the only mod in a playset, crashes on Endeavour OS/Arch Linux, without fault, at loading map graphics part of the loading. I don't know what else to necessarily add to the report. Please inform me otherwise. Thank you for the mod, it's an amazing part of the workshop ecosystem. :)

well, not a save, but a new game. it must of been vanilla. i did not realize or forgot i was playing on previous versions.

Glad the issue was resolved and we drilled down to the root of the issue to understand what it was.

Older saves can occasionally bug out when a significantly important patch releases. In this case it was vanilla's changing of districts, perhaps that borked a save?

resolved, the problem was caused by playing on older version of stellaris and maybe changing those 3 files. the bug is gone now. sorry for thinking it was this mod. btw this mod is also incompatible with "industrial districts readded - and 4.0 planet view edit" mods and causes CTD when these are paired with it.

i changed origins.txt in common/goverments/civics
and syndaw prescripted countries.txt/common/stellaris/prescriptedcountries
and first contact initalizers.txt

but someone else had this problem also but if i find it was caused by one of these 3 files then we have a fix

@cogg so the issue happens with only this mod enabled, im testing and looking into it myself, i know that i copied some old "solar system initalizer" files onto the existing one to remove certain empire types, so im verifying game files now and will test with current version files. i play on version 4.03, and the "event" that removes districts happens at one month into game, but there is also shortage of housing about minus 700 before the event happens. it may not be your mod at all it might be the solar system ini files i changed long time ago.
