I've added that mod but to make sure all the english translation load, delete the english folder on that mod's localization folder. For some reason they put all the english localization files on replace which is causing issues.
Do you accept translation request?

Since they're in replace mode it should not interfere with the main mods even if their localisations update, and even if I never update those TL. They're only replacing keys not entire files.
For Kuat I'm mainly testing if it will get the historical starwars pre-disney lore and use their official naming for the planets/empires/etc (It did).
For tasty maids I was testing if its able to translate jokes and memes (not really, got translated literally instead). I guess AI doesn't understand memes or maybe they do and could not translate it to an equivalent meme in another language.
In either case, since I already made it, might as well upload it, is my thought process. If anyone is offended by these two just tell me an I'll remove them.
I feel like those two retranslation fits better with stellaris anyway since it uses proper title cases in events and uses proper term phrasing like pops, etc.
