I'd say try it first. ArcCW uses a different method of attaching the models to the players, so it may work fine. The only thing you need to avoid is if the weapon pack actually replaces the models from TF2, that's what causes the issues.
Go to the Team Fortress 2 Bots section of the options tab and find the Friend-or-Foe settings. From there you have a wide variety of ways to configure the Bots' targeting, including broad settings for default entities such as players, other teams, and default NPCs. For more granular control, use the Friend-or-Foe editor to specify which entities the bots will attack. Hope that helps!
