no it doesn't its all on default and its still there along with every move

Ah, a bit disappointing but understandable, wish it was F19 since then it'd make the achievement a tad easier since people tend to try and parry predict on round start against chef in my experience

Raw Chop dont hit roundstart I think, it hitbox come out f20 but slide into opponent on f21, meaning its too slow to be parry

Is Prediction lying to me, or does Raw Chop not guardbreak on round start as neutral?
