Machete - Prodigy's CS:GO Butterfly Knife

I changed it up a little bit since some things needed small fixes.

Changes:
- added empty weight list for the helping hand and item pickup as per Mr. Funreal's guide.
- altered FPS of each animation so that attack swings won't be slowed down when in local host/single player.
- made w_e swing a blended animation since it had strange flicker at the end.
- changed the soundevent to use the TLS added machete.deploy instead of sharing weapon_knife.deploy.
- changed the deploy sound's wav duration to fit the machete.deploy
- removed the deploy sound event on the attack sequence.
- added a HUD UI based on the silhouette of the deploy animation's frame 12.
- weighted w_model to weapon bone
- removed envmap
- removed physics mesh
- added in bloodyhands proxy


So I'm hoping I did all the steps make things playable in both singleplayer and online play. If not, then well, I tried.

As usual, I asked for no permission because it's easier to beg for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission.
