The problem is not with bindings. You haven't selected your character first, so the game don't know whose character-specific menus to show. The following is from addon's description:

CHARACTER-SPECIFIC MENUS
Press and hold the key for Character selection menu and choose your current character. After that, you'll be able to use its character-specific menus.
