Where is the Portelgun?
When i go to Weapons and than to Aperture science handheld Portelgun there is only the Paintgun.

And make sure the addon isn't disabled (under Addons, in the menu). If it's disabled, it is a less saturated green. Click 'Enable', then it's enabled. Also, it's spelled Portal, not Portel. :)

Have you tried turning it off (unsubscribe) and on (resubscribe, check if enabled) again?
