Because of this single addon. No one made a new portal addon ever again. An addon that recreates portals from Portal specifically. We did get seamless portals.

there is no such thing as a functioning, non conflicting portal gun in the workshop. yet they cant fix it :/ *copy and paste this to other portal gun addons to truly tell that the devs are too lazy to fix the bugs*
