Zombies have scripted stuff for when they get chopped in half or the headcrab pops out as an NPC or pops out dead when shooting the Zombie
When one of these things happens, the script will spawn a " fake" corpse, which cannot be interacted with or moves with Physgun and does not bleed.
Somehow, when it spawns the fake one, it spawns an invisible, fully Interactive corpse, which is heavy for some reason. This Invis-Corpse will disappear like a normal corpse depending on settings and will bleed if thrown around with Physgun.
This stuff only happens when something from the zombie is detached.
(Ex. Headcrab leaves zombie as an NPC after shooting the zombie's torso, causing a fake zombie corpse to spawn) or (Ex. Zombie gets chopped in half, leaves fake legs behind) and finally (Ex. Zombie Headcrab gets blown off, Zombie remains as a normal corpse while the Headcrab turns into a fake corpse)
You could blame VALVe for this script to happen, but there is a possibility for the Addon to blame.
