I don't know how possible it would be, but could you please separate the features into different mods? I love the K-On models, but I would love to use one or two in my preferred squad. It also interferes with some other mods i have installed that I want to use with this one, like sound mods. Its all or nothing with this mod, which is fine and I can work with it, but it would improve the quality of life if the sound, models and other stuff were separated into different mods.

There's actually an existing 3d models for all of them in mmd (except Nodoka) so no need to make a 3d model, just port them to source.

i have the files for Ui and Jun. but im first going to fix the current characters and not have them TPose in Multiplayer

I though it was just me because i use this mod with a friend and my animations dont work for me but them work for him (Srry for bad english) also nice work.

I suggest you port the mmd models to source again so that you can freely edit the models (like put facial expressions,bile texture, jigglebones etc.) and also fix the TPose bug since 2011

I dont think it's possible. But I'll look into it, and if it is possible, more than likely it would have to be manually changed because Mods load up in the main menu.
