How to get Custom names to work
If you want the characters names to appear, then all you need to do is move the Mod file out of the workshop folder(Left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop) and put it into the addons folder (same one containing the workshop folder)

•Character Images on Health Bar Changed to K-ON Characters
•Main Menu images changed to include k-on characters
•Music for Main Menu
•HQ Music for Concert & Jukebox
•K-On Concert Posters
•Yui Hirasawa's Guitar Skin (For Guitar Weapon)
•K-On Instrument Boxes (For Instrument Box Props in Dark Carnival Campaign)

Incomplete:
•(Some) Loading Screens show K-on characters instead of original survivors
•(Some) Vocals changed to the K-on character voices
