I have two saves, an old save and a new save. The new save doesn't automatically import the drug policies of the old one and I have no idea why. I suspect it might be the added drug Potassium iodide, but I'm not sure. I tried adding Rimatomics to the old save, but that doesn't fix it.

How to reproduce:
1. Create/load save without Rimatomics and Export Agency.
2. Assign > Drug policy > Edit > Close
(Bunch of errors in my log)
3. Load save with Rimatomics and Export Agency.
4. Assign > Drug policy > Edit > Close
(Another bunch of errors in my log)

What I expected to happen:
Export Agency automatically imports the vanilla drugs from the old save into the new save while ignoring Potassium iodide. If I load the old save it could either remind me that the added drug could lead to conflicts and recommend activating the corresponding mod OR ignore the modded drug and only synchronize vanilla drugs.

What is happening:
Drug policy of the new save is empty and every time I click "Close" the game logs a huge amount of errors.
