2. Nav_generate. Wait.
3. Nav_save.
4. Use notegraph tool.
5. Save.
6. Re-name Txt/Ain.
7. File in maps/graphs/

No its not.

Nav creation/editing is not necessary – GMod npc's rely on Nodegraph and will work even if the map has no navmesh.

In my case, for this to work, I had to remove the .AIN file which was embedded into .BSP.
...and prevent nodegraph rebuilding (ai_norebuildgraph 1).

Dude, do you even test it before post it? even ai_norebuildgraph 1 they are still same thing with no nodes at all
