Protogen! Marley Race Mod

A mod that I work on in my spare time, and one of the most polished races I have created so far.

Based off of an old version of Jack's Sergal mod, with his permission to create my own stuff. He's quite a good friend indeed.

It's now 1.6 compatible, thanks to other games sucking rn. Consider it very basic support, I got it to boot but haven't thoroughly tested every aspect.

I encourage using a new save game rather than an older one from a previous version due to rewritten assets!

Any new elements cannot be promised to be backported to earlier versions, but I'll give it a try where possible.

Stats :
Faster learn rate on average, like +25% modifier of base.
I think some research speed boost, I can't remember immediately. Probably +25% research speed modifier of base.
Reduced Psychic sensitivity and Environmental Toxic sensitivity, -25% to both.
Slightly larger than humans - easier to hit. I think a 10% increase.
