I believe this replaces the default HEV arms, so if you have any playermodels that use default HEV arms (default, not custom) or if you have weapons that use default HEV arms, then you can use this.

i dont see it :( i only see it when i put my black mesa colorable HEV suit tho it only shows it on that one (because of course its a black mesa PM) but if i put on another PM it doesn't work halp! :(
