glitchy at times, sometimes it changes the model, sometimes it doesnt, but the sound stays so check the model to see how to make it like the sound so it stays on

May I upload an addon I made to fix the Hunter's sounds? It's supposed to go with MAXMAXMAX's voiceless Hunter but I'm asking for your permission to upload it since your mod is the one I got the sounds from.

hey gator legs cool mod i always like the hunters in re1 and such but i got a question would you be fine with me including this in a resident evil special infected pack that im working on? im planning on including models that ive found on the workshop (licker smoker, possibly your hunter + re7 fast molded, for the jockey maybe also your hunter gamma, birkin charger and bandersnatch charger using the rng method, nemesis + super tyrant tanks, lisa trevor witch, and re7 molded) if not then understood ill credit you and such

I fixed your Sounds for this mod. I saw that the length, frequency, channels of files were wrong. Usually this needs sound cache rebuilding in order not to hear screeching/popping inside game. Let me know if you're interested and so can send u the fixed sounds. You can check them out and maybe add them to your addon if you want :>

I copied and pasted the models for your Hunter and just appended _l4d1 to the file names. You don’t need to do that for sound though, just anything visual

Nah man you got it :D. Thanks for updating it, was it as simple as replacing the mdl file with the other hunter model? Because I plan on releasing another hunter I have released I just haven't gotten to replacing l4d1s hunter.

I believe this is because the update adds seperate hunter models for l4d1 and 2 campaigns, the way to fix this is to recompile the model for l4d1 which shouldn't take too much effort so I'll look into this

Hey, this is one of several mods that the new update doesn't seem to like. Sounds work for the most part but the model is regular vanilla Hunter. This is only the case with the L4D1 campaigns, L4D2 campaigns work perfectly.

Like Scott below, I'd like to see Mr. X, but I'd also really enjoy it if you do make a Nemisis aswell, specifically the first form he has. The reason for this is because on the work shop (I never use anything thats not from the Steam Work shop, just find it too much of a risk, and too much of a storage use just to be able too when I can just click sub and not worry about having to have high grade anti virus software taking up space.) but there is a form of Nemisis's later mutation. Made a few typos, because I am in a rush.

Yeah, the mod is really cool, I very much like having a hunter to replace, well- the hunter. My only issue is that there is an electronic screech noise that'll sound when the hunter makes certain noises. It isn't constant, but it is annoying. I verified my game's files but that did not fix the issue, Like I said, it is only with certain noises, and from what I have read on the internet, it seems that the file you used to replace the original sound was not lengthy enough or not the right frequency. I know nothing about modding, but if you were to fix this issue it would be really cool.

The model looks good and reminded me of the original resident evil remaster. Also were it not for the sound error It would sound very good and menacing. If there is a way to fix the noise issue on my end please let me know, as I have only been told to verify the files, which I did, but that did nothing to fix it.

Personally, I'd like to see Mr.X or a generic Tyrant as the Tank. Because surprisingly nobody has done that yet. There's already a Nemesis on gamemaps I just want Mr.X lmao.

Typing system info in windows will give you an idea, I mean the most likely cause that I see is your system can't handle too many mods. I could be wrong but knowing the specs could be a good indicator.

What are your computer specs, you should be able to run this as it's got less polygons then the original hunter

sometimes my game crash when the hunter pounce me. like 30% chance crash when hunter pounce. any idea. i don't have that much mods on and i check my mods all the time.

Tank can be Nemesis and it shoots a rocket instead of a rock.
The spider for the jockey would just be woah......................
The charger seems ok.
The witch would also be that lady in the red dress.
I suggest you play these mods with the resident evil map and the zombies on like double or triple health. The main way to take out the hunter is with a knife. You can shoot the hunter 50+ times with a pistol and it still won't go down. Unload a shotgun on the hunter, still strong. Also use the realism dark map lighting mod to make it harder. Don't forget your new LED flash light mod to compensate for the pitch black light.

This is replacing the hunter it would not have incap/lobby images, regarding the icon that you see in versus that was not really needed since the model looks similar to it anyway. The first person arms have not been rigged because it isn't something people stare at or take notice too.

I am not sure what you mean but the mod replaces the hunter in any gamemode.

Is this mod work for online, offline, first person, versus, vgui and hud. I just want to clarify it both from someone comments if positive or negative and from you.
