I dont get it why he would do 2 parts instead updating everytime only one.
If 1 alone doesnt work then his Addon is broken or something else "Chat Voice" like is overwriting his addon

the only way ive been able to get to work is the spawn menu ive try typing , consel commands , chats in different gamemods nothing seems to be working for me anyone else have this problem

Type in the console: bind KP_UP "say get ready for a surprise"
Then by pressing 8 on the Keypad, the sentece will be displayed in the chat and the audio will be played as long the server has loaded the addon
