Keem, you are allowed to post your own addons. Why not release what you have made, while listing this mod as a dependency and adding the author to the list of contributors. Nowhere on this addon has the author stated than nobody is allowed to make edits or create their own content for the mod. Now if they had said "Nobody is to edit any of the files or upload any derogatory works" than you would be out of luck but nothing like that is in place.

I've made personal edits/updates to waaaay improve the mod (like replacing uniforms with DHI's BDU's, Gustavo's M16A2, and Soviet uniforms from Soviet Afghan war mods ect and vehicles from RHS or other mods and adding MOPP gear units), but I can't get into contact with the mod's author to present it to him or get permission to share those edits... unfortunate :(

An AH-1F Cobra would be nice! The one with the flat canopy glass which really was in service in 1985. The old Cold War Rearmed Mod 2 had one. Sadly there isn't any conversion of this helo for ARMA 3. It's a real missing vehicle, cause it was the main attack helo of the US until the AH-64A entered the service.

Having issues loading the mod with other mods running. The units just dont appear in the game. Any one knows how to fix this? But awesome mod. Loved Cold War Assault.

It is planned to release the other mod, which tells of the conflict, 1985. The infantry, vehicles, aviation. I would like to improve the quality. And the campaigns, some of which will be transferred from the OFP.

I'm not a professional in modeling and texturing, but something that I can.

Release mod can be expected in spring 2017.
I hope you will not regret when the release mod. But you have to wait.
