The XComGame.int file references the template name “KaidenVoiceTempl” but the XComContent.ini file uses the template name “MaleVoice1_RUS.”
Here’s a fix:
Open the XComGame.int file.
Find the line: [KaidenVoiceTempl X2BodyPartTemplate].
Replace “KaidenVoiceTempl” with “MaleVoice1_RUS” (without the quotes). The line should now be: [MaleVoice1_RUS X2BodyPartTemplate].
Save and close the file, then start the game. Now the display name should appear as, “Mass Effect - Kaiden Alenko” (minus the quotes).
The reverse solution also works (i.e. replace “MaleVoice1_RUS” in the XComContent.ini file with “KaidenVoiceTempl”).
As for the "who died" bit, personally I have always played as both Sheps, one as a paragon and the other one is a complete B******D. Its really great to see the difference it makes to the story across the three games. My Ashley tends to go with Femshep, so I can have a "Valkery" team of Femshep, Ashley & Liarra.
