Do you know how to contact the original developer of this mod? Since it seems to be abandoned, I'd like to try my hand at merging this with the "Halbound" mod that has seen more recent activity.

@Collins (Big Momma) There is another Halo mod currently in the works which is going to add Elites and many other things. The creator of that mod doesn't have a lot of time to work on it though, so development may be slow. Still, better to have a mod that gets few and infrequent updates than one that's been abandoned in an unpolished state.

Wish in place of this, and the other mo both requiring FU and also being seemingly dead, someone would take up the mantle and make a from-the-ground-up Covenant mod, with more focus on the Sangheili. And with custom Covenant ship designs.

My biggest gripe with this mod is the fact that the weapons use basically no energy. Everything else is great. I know there is a V2 of the mod but that only works with FU which I don't use. Is there any way to make the weapons use energy and or cost a little more?

Any two mods that do similar things (like add halo weapons) has a good chance of having conflicts. So its most likely one of those.

Like I said I don't have the files anymore so I can't change it, so you'd have to ask the creator of the conflicting mod, or just use one mod or the other.

A whole ton of the assets seem VERY similar to some from another Halo-based game made by Dobermann Studios. They probably used some of the assets as framework for their games, most likely because this mod is WAY older than either of their Halo games. Just thought it was kinda sus that a Starbound mod would have assets that are practically identical to assets from a small company, whose only similarity is their interest in Halo sprite art.

Its not included. For whatever reason I couldn't get it to work properly no matter what I tried, it would either not work at all or the sprite would appear backwards or upside down, just weird stuff I couldn't fix with my limited knowledge.

Can you get the Energy Sword, Energy Gauntlet (What the Zealots use) and/or the Energy Shield? Maybe give the suits armor/energy/resistance ratings, on top of an EPP augment slot on the chest, allowing for some Mjolnir/Covenant Shield tech?

I do understand how difficult it would be creating more things for modded races. Not only do you have to come up with a custom race but also the racial ship, ship pet, armor, etc.

Just tested myself as a floran, and didn't have any problems. So I would have to assume it's a conflict with another mod.

Well then Im not sure what the issue would be. Perhaps a conflict with other mods? Though that typically causes crashing and not generic items.

Starbound just released 1.4 which might cause problems but I just launched the game earlier today and had no problems with it.
