Probably downloaded by a server. Delete the "cache" folder inside of your steamapps/garrysmod/garrysmod folder.

No, it works on a specific-name blacklist.
TFA has its own view bobbing mechanics.
It seems as if this add-on doesn't apply the viewbob effects to TFA weapons. Please fix this.
