Default rig isn't that good either, strange. Something must have happened when you exported it. Cause I have made a rig in 3DS Max that has the default arms, + mod ones. And the Default arms vs your arm rig is different.

It uses the default rigs. All I did was cut the ends off of the Sec gloves and stick insurgent fingers in to the holes.

I love the mod, the rig really needs to reworked in my opinion. I rerigged one of the sec models.

I honestly wish I knew what causes that. I think you might be subscribed to something else that is conflicting with them; something like player skins that have their own hand models
