This Works, However If You Played The Game A Bit Too Much 1/2 Hours I'd Say It Would Replace Bullet Holes. Restart The Game If You Want The Blood To Be Back.

@IamJelly Your eye technically is at 30 FPS. 60 FPS makes thing seem smoother, but it acts like a frame skip because your eye is seeing twice as many frames as its supposed to.

Lol! "The human eye can't see passed 60 FPS" You clearly got that from the other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around youtube or whatever. The human eye is capabe of seeing practically any amount of frames per second, however it uses ways of motion movement instead of FPS. Read a book sometimes, or 10,000 of them on the human body. I'd start with eyes.

@Spifferino I believe I'm having the same issue, but still not sure if this mod is causing it. Gotta run some tests...

Edit: I believe I was able to eliminate the issue by removing two mods of 4k textures that I was using along, like this: http://steamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502447151 and this: http://steamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=482660299 . Not sure if will help anyone having the same problem but, had to try.

400 FPS? what a waste. the human eye can't see passed 60 FPS. That is what my Mordor game runs, till I stop it with afterburner. don't need anything above 60...ever.

I don't have that mod. I'm thinking since it only happens occasionally maybe it's because if I happen to play on some modded server that has a mod loaded that conflicts with this one.

I'm also getting large bullet holes occasionally. I was wondering which mod was causing it. It seems to happen more on Tank Challenge.

Any idea why it does not show up properly? I get large bullet holes instead of bloodstains, know about any conflict with mods? I have too many to try and find out but I might because your mod look great.
