my question is why do some mods need to have hl2 mounted when it has props, npcs, textures from the game bundled in with gmod

i think my game crashed because there was alot of errors and missing textures so my game crashed,i know i need half life 2 and episodes but i cant get it

@HEADSHOTWINS2™ please ensure that you have half life 2 and its episodes installed and mounted. If you still have errors after that, good luck, I haven't supported this map in two years.

@Skala I'm pretty sure that I used content from the HL2 episodes, make sure that those are mounted in GMOD.

@GentleJason I believe I added AI nodes back in Feburary last year, it should have bird, strider, and general NPC support. If it doesn't, let me know, and I'll maybe get around to working on that. I've uh, been a little busy on other things.

i love this map perfect fro combine vs rebels battles but you hevnt done anythi ng to it in a while could you maek it a lilttle better o and also i found a few car batreis around the map do i put them somewhere?

Either you don't have the right game mounted or the fact that I haven't updates this map in almost three years is causing problems.

An nice addition would be a shooting range, i use this map as a lobby when i play with my friends and we test our weapons there.

It may be small, it may be basic...
But it has character, which is what makes simple maps like these much more pleasing to traverse than wandering the wasted spaces of the larger sandbox maps.

A good show on this piece of work, and I would love to see this map expand into further detail.
