I wished this could activate at certain speeds so that you could still slide around when playing something that gives you sprint speed on moving like the Half-Life 1 Co-Op addon or the Doom Eternal Hud

pretty epic for a reanim, it helps that it gives nice new anims that take account of different directions unlike the one that's directly taken from Mirror's Edge.

unrelated, but i kinda wish Quick Slide preserved momentum since I know from experience it won't whenever you slide fast enough after noclipping or launching yourself which kills it to whatever speed its set to. hell, it doesn't even build up momentum whenever you slid down a slope (kinda kills the feeling of going fast, esp. sliding down the side of a skyscraper ala Mirror's Edge).

and wish someone around here could do that, that alone made me use the other sliding addon
