i tried to make a version with only the blood effects once, ended up breaking the entire thing xd

as much as i like the ishollywood mod and its variants we really need a version with softer muzzleflashes

Update: Removed isHollywood muzzleflashes because they are not optimal for long-term gameplay, they get old quickly and are basically an eye-sore, added remastered muzzleflashes by fran as they are not hard on the eyes.

Also removed harder AI specials by MANACAT, you can still use them if you want.
