I am actually not sure if this even counts as a copyright violation. The content is transformative in that it takes the original content by Dreamworks and applies it in a format that is in a completely different medium than the original content was intended to be viewed in. If anything, it is a case study in file compression and as such, could be seen as educational, especially if Bluejammer was encouraging people to reverse engineer the machine.
